2. Principles of Data Processing

6.1. Data Controller Measures Taken During the Exercise of Data Subject Rights
Hora Stand s.r.o. informs the data subject about the measures taken by data controllers. These measures are provided to data subjects without delay, but no later than one month from the request.
6.2. Right of Access by Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data. Upon the request of the data subject, Hora Stand s.r.o. provides information about data processed by the data controller. Information is delivered in writing to the data subject’s email address. The data controller is not obliged to provide information if the data subject already possesses it.
6.3. Right to Rectification
The data subject has the right to request the correction of their personal data. Hora Stand s.r.o. is obliged to provide correct information and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
6.4. Right to Erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten”)
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of their personal data if the processing of personal data is unlawful or the data subject withdraws their consent. Hora Stand s.r.o. is required to erase the personal data without delay.
